Ordering from DropForYou.com
By placing an order through our website, you are submitting that you are ordering products from us with the intent to resell. We do not sell our merchandise to individual end users. Any order placed through our site that is determined to be not following these guidelines set forth may be canceled.

Memberships

Registering for Membership
Customers must purchase a membership to be able to order products from Dropforyou.com. Membership purchases are non-refundable. Only purchase a membership if you do not currently have one, or if yours is already expired. If you have remaining days left on your membership, and you purchase a new one, you will forfeit those remaining days. For example, if today is June 3rd and you have 5 days remaining on a membership and you purchase a one month membership, your membership will expire on July 3rd. It will not expire on july 8th because those 5 days will be forfeited.

When purchasing a new membership, be sure that you have no other products in your cart except the membership item. You will not be able to proceed to the checkout until you have only a membership product in your cart.

Shipping

Shipping Calculations
Shipping calculations on our website are the actual amount you will be charged. The shipping is calculated by using the product(s) weight, dimensions, and delivery address. There is not flat rate shipping for each product because the delivery address will cause rates to vary.

Returns

Return Policy
Dropforyou.com allows customers to return any item within 14 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Damaged Products
Dropforyou.com works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.

Defective Products
Dropforyou.com carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.

  • Airsoft Guns
    We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $10.00. All airsoft guns that are over $10.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $10.00 and does not work, please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.

  • Stun Guns
    All Cheetah & Dragon Fire stun guns carry a limited 1 year warranty. The only exclusions to the warranty are if the prongs are damaged from holding the button down too long, or if it has been dropped or smashed. If you receive a defective stun gun please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to obtain a RA#. To receive a refund you will be required to send the defective stun gun back with the RA#. Once we have received the stun gun and determined it is defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Tools
    All Cal-Hawk hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 30-day warranty on all power and electric tools that we sell for over $15.00. If you have a tool that is defective within the warranty period please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Toys
    All toys over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. If you receive a defective toy please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to obtain a RA# . If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Other Products
    All other products that do not fall into one of the categories listed above are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt. To make the claim please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

Product Disclaimers

We strive to provide the most accurate pictures and descriptions of our products by photographing them all in house. However, not all product images are 100% exactly what will be received. Many of our products we get from different vendors and manufacturers, therefore while the picture is representative of the item that will be received, it is not always 100% exactly the item that will be received.

Product Colors
Unless the color is designated in the title of the product, there is a possibility that the product comes in assorted colors. In addition, for products that come in assorted colors, you may not request a specific color.

Airsoft Guns
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Airsoft gun and use an Airsoft gun. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law. We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by these products. The buyer is responsible for knowing and obeying local laws for these products.

Pellet Rifles, BB Guns, & Self Defense Products
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Pellet Rifle or BB gun. We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by these products. The buyer is responsible for knowing and obeying local laws for these products.

Stun Guns
Stun guns CANNOT be shipped to the following states:

  • New York
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • Wisconsin
  • Illinois
  • Hawaii
