By placing an order through our website, you are submitting that you are ordering products from us with the intent to resell. We do not sell our merchandise to individual end users. Any order placed through our site that is determined to be not following these guidelines set forth may be canceled.
Registering for Membership
Customers must purchase a membership to be able to order products from Dropforyou.com. Membership purchases are non-refundable. Only purchase a membership if you do not currently have one, or if yours is already expired. If you have remaining days left on your membership, and you purchase a new one, you will forfeit those remaining days. For example, if today is June 3rd and you have 5 days remaining on a membership and you purchase a one month membership, your membership will expire on July 3rd. It will not expire on july 8th because those 5 days will be forfeited.
When purchasing a new membership, be sure that you have no other products in your cart except the membership item. You will not be able to proceed to the checkout until you have only a membership product in your cart.
Shipping calculations on our website are the actual amount you will be charged. The shipping is calculated by using the product(s) weight, dimensions, and delivery address. There is not flat rate shipping for each product because the delivery address will cause rates to vary.
Dropforyou.com allows customers to return any item within 14 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Dropforyou.com works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 352-678-3663 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.
Dropforyou.com carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.
Unless the color is designated in the title of the product, there is a possibility that the product comes in assorted colors. In addition, for products that come in assorted colors, you may not request a specific color.
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Airsoft gun and use an Airsoft gun. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law. We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by these products.
