Product Summary

This Davidson hacksaw is a hand-powered, small-toothed saw used for cutting metal pipes, rods, brackets, etc. Hacksaws can also cut through plastic and features a U-shaped frame and a handle at one end. Hacksaws have small pins at each end of the frame that receive a blade. The Davidson 12 in. High-Tension Hack Saw features a blade that can be adjusted to 45 and 90° cutting angles for versatility. A heavy-duty, steel-reinforced core increases cutting speed, while a contoured handle offers comfort and control. Its impact-resistant composite frame absorbs shock. This saw also includes a wing nut tensioner that can be turned up to 8 times to tighten bi-metal blades to the desired tension. The Davidson line for grinding and cutting are of premium quality.
