The Tramontina 14" Bolo Machete has a thicker tip than the standard 14" machete. It is inexpensive but cuts and chops with the best of them. The weight of the Bolo is towards the front of the blade making it a powerful chopper. The wooden handle is comfortable and provides a good grip. The blade has a full tang, with the wooden handle riveted in place.
